Park Canada commissioned me to use and recover an 80 year old White Oak that needed to be removed and built into lobby furniture. The tree was cut down and sent to be milled to specified sizes and shapes in order to build this beautiful bench, table and reception desk. You are welcome to experience the setting at Gulf Islands National Park Reserve in Sidney, BC: the first LEED building in Canada.
